This large 88sq meter, one bedroom apartment, has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the lounge which can be used as two singles or one double bed. Furnished to a very high specification by a professional interior designer. Fully fitted open plan kitchen. Two large balconies overlooking the sea and newly built marina where you will find lots of restaurants and shops. Two good sized outdoor swimming pools, considered among the best in the resort. Restaurant, pool side snack bar, gym, sauna, laundry service, reception (English spoken).  
 
Shuttle service to Sunny Beach, Aqua Park, Nessebar and Bourgas City. Local bus service and taxis available. Five minute walk to St. Vlas where you will find ample restaurants, bars, shops, internet cafes, etc. Friendly locals. Suitable for all age groups. 
 
Strictly no smoking, smoke alarms in apartment. Beach towels not provided, towels must not be removed from apartment.

Prices reduced significantly from 2010. *Where your booking is across 2 pricing periods please divide each by 7 for daily rate. *Booking periods are flexible. *Booking Deposit Due: 30% (non refundable) *Balance To Be Paid 8 weeks prior to holiday *Security Deposit Due: £50 (refundable by post after apartment has been satisfactorily checked by agent) *Maid service not included but can be provided by pre-arrangement at the additonal cost of £25 per day. *The apartment must be cleaned by maid service at the end of each week at a cost of £25.
