The complex/resort is located just 100 meters from the beach. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 7 minutes (by taxi/bus) from the bustling resort of Sunny Beach. 
 
Leading from the living room is a private spacious balcony with forest and partial sea views, furnished with a table and chairs for those lazy afternoons. 
 
The complex is part of the GRAND RESORT which comprises of 4 connected complexes whereby guests are able to use any of the amenities and facilities in any of the complexes.

Low Season: 01 Mar - 31 May €220 Mid Season: 01 Jun - 30 Jun €235 High Season: 01 Jul - 31 Aug €275 Mid Season: 01 Sep - 30 Sep €235 Low Season: 01 Oct - 31 Oct €220 Out of Season: 01 Nov - 28 Feb €140 A 30% deposit is payable on confirmation of the booking. Balance + EUR100 key/breakage deposit is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Key/Breakage deposit will be refunded (less damages) within 7 days of vacating the apartment.

    "The balcony is a good size for the apartment. The bathroom was lovely. The apartment block itself was clean. The nice sandy beach is minutes away and if you walk to the far end you can rent sun beds and brollies. Also, at the far end of the beach there is a small boat that takes you to Nessebur twice a day (a good day out). There are quite a few restaurants in St.Vlas that were very good. The same bus went onto Sunny Beach which offered more pubs etc for those looking for a wilder night. In summary it was quiet, hot with a good breeze; plenty places to eat and excellent value for money."
