A fully furnished air-conditioned one-bedroom luxury apartment ideal for families and couples. Set in a peaceful location, only 100m from the nearest beach and 600m from the resort centre where you will find an array of restaurants and bars offering food and drinks at very attractive prices. Leading from the living room as well as the bedroom is a spacious private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to relax and enjoy a few drinks after a day at the beach.
The complex has an adult pool as well as a children's pool with a restaurant and water cafe bar.
This fine beach resort on the southern part of the Black Sea Riviera was awarded the prestigious Blue Flag International prize for proven ecological advantages.
A haven for sports enthusiasts. Sports include windsurfing, sailing, waterskiing, parasailing, beach volleyball, mini-golf, horse riding, climbing, cycling and tennis, and there are also fitness centres, swimming pools and spa treatment centres.
Sunny Beach boasts over 130 restaurants, entertainment and folk-style spots, night clubs, bars, discos, cafes, medical and recuperation centres. Don't miss the nearby UNESCO-protected town of Nessebur, with quaint cobbled streets, traditional architecture and fine fish restaurants.
It is a perfect all-round holiday destination with its warm Mediterranean climate (1700 hours of sunshine from May - September).

Balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. EUR50 key/breakage deposit to be paid at reception. Key/Breakage deposit will be refunded (less damages) when vacating the apartment.

"The apartment was absolutely lovely, couldn't fault it. The apartment complex staff were also very friendly and the location was quite handy. We enjoyed Nessebur, the trips, the beach and the water sports the most.

"Firstly, thanks for everything. The apartment was fantastic!! Really spacious, lovely and clean, great balcony, good position, nice pool, dvd player a good bonus...basically, everything we we hoping for. The holiday was great...we really went for the weather and nightlife and both were great and the Black Sea was amazing.
All in all, a brilliant holiday."

"We had a brilliant holiday, thanks!..... Everything was fantastic. The apartment was perfect, not a single problem with it, the staff in the hotel were also very friendly, helping us with everything, especially our late arrival and departure. Bulgaria will always have fond memories for us and we will definitely be going again."
