The Watermill complex is situated in the beautiful costal village of ST Vlas. The resort is situated at the foot of the Balkan mountain range with its own micro climate. The natural conditions of the mountains, forest and sea contribute to a helathy and relaxing holiday. 
The apartment which is 3 years old is finished to a high standard.The spacious kitchen and lounge with satellite TV and bed settee leads onto a balcony which overlooks the complex. Here on an evening you can see across the bay to the Historic town of Nessebar.The bedroom which comprises of bed,wardrobe and dressing table also has windows overlooking the complex. The bathroom is equiped with a large shower cubicle. 
The Watermill which is charmingly designed in Bulgarian fashion is finished with landscaped gardens down to the pool and bar area. Here the friendly staff will serve food and drink at you request. The menu comprises of local dishes and more familiar dishes are also on offer.You may eat and drink here at a fraction of the cost of an English restaraunt.The pool is a good size with a safe area for children There is also a play area next to the pool. 
The Watermill is situated minutes from the sea and the beautiful Marina boasting some wonderful restaraunts and a classy yacht club. It is a lovely place to dine in an evening overlooking the harbour. 
 
Behind the Watermill a few minutes walk away is the village of StVlas.Here you will find village type supermarkets,clothes shops,gift shops,post office,bank,ATM,restaraunts and food stalls. You will find the local people in the restaraunts very friendly who love you to sample their native dishes and wines, again at a very affordable price. It is a hive of activity and is a wonderful place to stroll in an evening.  
 
There are two lovely beaches within a few minutes walk from the Watermill complex either side of the Marina. Here you can hire sunbeds, parasols, windsurfers, jet ski's, banana boats and pedlos. Or maybe you just want to soak up the sun with an occassional dip in the sea which is non tidal, low salt and safe for children. Both area's have beach bars where you can purchase food and drink. 
 
A trip to Sunny Beach will take about 5 minutes in a taxi or bus. Here you will find numerous bars restaraunts clubs shops and a wonderful beach stretching around the bay.The night life goes on until dawn. Sunny beach is an experience not to be missed especially at night!  
 
The historic town of old Nessebar with its quaint shops,stalls and sea view restaurants is a must to visit at least once during your stay. You can reach Nessebar from St Vlas by ferry from the Marina or by bus via Sunny Beach or taxi. Wandering through the maze of shops and restaurants you will find many bargains from copy designer handbags and sunglasses, to origianl perfumes. You can also purchase local paintings,pots,tableware and clothing. Later you can dine in one of the many restaraunts overlooking the bay. Wonderfull!  
 
Many major airlines fly to Bulgaria. The main airports for the coast are Bourgas and Varna. Bourgas is a 20 minute drive from St Vlas. Varna is just over an hour.Transfers can be arranged, alternatly there are plenty of taxis availabe at the airport.

The apartment is fully equiped with bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels).The kitchen has a hob oven pots pans and iron.It also has a fridge with ice making department. The satelite TV has 70 channels available. The bathroom is equiped with a large shower cubicle. In the bedroom there is a double bed unit that may be seperated as singles. There is a two door wardarobe and dressingtable. The apartment will have been cleaned for your arrival. Further cleaning can be arranged during your stay for an extra cost. Grocerie provisions can be purchased in the village supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away.
