The apartment comprises 1 bedroom a double sofa bed & a fold up single bed, in total. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. 
 
 
General : 
 
The apartment has 1 bathroom for your party's use. Air-conditioning units keep the apartment cool in the summer and keeps you snug and warm in the colder months.  
 
 
Entertainment :  
The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. 
 
 
Eating & living : 
 
There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. 
 
You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. We have also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. 
 
As The Watermill is one of the Dinevi complexes, renters are welcome to use any of the other amenities/facilities available at the following complexes; The Diamond The Monastry The Bells The Lazur 1&2 The Dolce Vita

Less than 45 minutes drive away :  
Within easy reach of the apartment you will find mountain biking, golf, a museum.  
 
Extra information :  
Some of the on site facilities are on neighbouring Complexes. There is an internet cafe close by. 
 
There are 2 Aquaparks less than 10 mins drive with regular free bus shuttle to parks.There is also a Karting circuit. 
 
The New Dinevi Marina 
The town is also famous for its brand new and beautiful yacht port, which is being developed close to the water base of the local fishermen. The Dinevi Marina yacht port offers everything needed for a yacht lover to enjoy unforgettable summer holiday. People can hire and even buy yachts there. From time to time we do offer discounts! PRICES ARE FOR THE APARTMENT PER WEEK NOT PER PERSON and cover rental only. Not included in the price are; flights, transfers, ski hire, lift passes. We can assist you with these - please e-mail us. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday.This can be made through our secure online booking facility, please enquire for details. Alternatively, we accept cheques and Paypal. Payment can be charged to a credit card if you opt to pay via Paypal. Please contact us for details Extras It is necessary to ask for a re-fundable damage bond of £100 per booking.
