Penthouse Gallery Apartment (up to 4 occupants)This is a 1 bed open plan corner penthouse apartment and has a very spacious double balcony accessed from the living room via a large balcony door. It has 270 degree views overlooking the beach, the Black Sea and the Stara Planina (Old Mountain) ranges and sleeps up to 4 people. Views look fantastic illuminated at night as well as breathtaking views in the day and only 80 meters from the secluded ambience of the dunes leading to the beautiful white sandy beaches and the clear waters of the Black sea!!
The apartment consists of
Entrance hallway - with storage, luggage rack, coat hooks and washing machine
Shower room - fully tiled with attractive shower, toilet and washbasin
Spacious open plan air-conditioned living area containing lounge
Kitchen / Dining area
Fully fitted luxury kitchen – hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, dining table and 4 chairs, air conditioning unit with remote control handset. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and cleaning implements are provided.
Lounge
Comfortable & sturdy double sofa-bed, coffee table, TV table, television, DVD and air-conditioning unit all with remote control handsets.

Comfortable & sturdy double sofa-bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers mirror, and hairdryer.
Balcony Area
Spacious Penthouse Double Balcony – accessed from the dining area via a large balcony door. There are 2 chairs, 2 sun loungers, table, and clothes drying rack.
Other Information
In full sun during the day with views overlooking Sunny Beach, the Black Sea and the Stara Planina (old Mountain) ranges, looks fantastic illuminated at night as well as breathtaking views in the evening sunset and only 80 meters to the secluded ambience of the dunes leading to the beautiful white sandy beaches and the clear waters of the Black sea!
Outdoors:
The complexes have beautiful pools surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. The pools are in full sunshine from morning until early evening. There are also separate children's pools and play areas, which are well positioned, within the complex grounds.
The complexes shops are open throughout the season and sell all basic essentials, water, soft and alcoholic drinks, confectionery, toys and inflatables as do the surrounding shops out side the complexes.
Mobility Access:
There are wheelchair ramps to the ground floors and lifts to all our apartments. All on-site facilities are at ground floor level and accessible. Regular mini-trains run between Nessebar and Sunny Beach Central. Stops are ideally situated and run frequently. There are also an abundance of busses and local taxis.
Facilities
Located on the Black Sea coast at the southern end of Sunny Beach, close to the historic village of Nessebar, the Royal Dreams and Blue Marine are purpose-built penthouse holiday apartment complexes. They boast enviable positions just a very short walk from the resorts’ 8 km stretch of clean white sandy beach, sand-dune nature reserve, clear tide-less sea and close to many wonderful varied bars and restaurants. All with breathtaking panoramic sea views and mountain ranges or magnificent pool views. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular and the air is clear. Location: 20 mins from Bourgas Airport in a taxi.
