Located in the exclusive Black Sea Coastal resort of Elenite, with a warm Mediterranean climate from April to October. St Vlas is only 2 miles away from the main Sunny Beach resort, located between the vast Stara Planina mountain range and the bay of Nessebar. The ancient town of Nessebar is a listed World Heritage site and is of Hellenic origins. The major city and International airport of Bourgas is approximately 30 minutes drive. The facilities of the coastal village of St Vlas are also on the doorstep, with a collection of restaurants and bars. The St Vlas resort has no nightclubs and is aimed at peace, tranquillity and exclusivity and boasts a beautiful new marina. Bedroom 1 with double bed, 3 door wardrobe, large chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror and bedside tables with lamp.

Main bathroom plus en-suite to twin bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen area with oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
Open plan living area with sofa bed (sleeps 2 max), armchair, coffee table, dining table. Cable TV. Door to balcony with patio furniture overlooking sea bay.
Towels and linen included and are changed every 3/4 days, apartment is cleaned once a week.
All rooms have air-conditioning and heating.
Lift to all floors.
There are four pools on the complex. All areas in and around the complex are landscaped and well maintained. The complex has a restaurant, 3 swimming pools, 3 children play grounds, shops and a mini market. Guests are welcome to use the facilities of a number of sister complexes nearby where there are beauty centres, hairdressers, medical centres, football and tennis facilities.
St Vlas is the nearest town which boasts a beautiful new marina and is only 2km away or 5-10 min drive. Sunny Beach is 6km away - both towns can be easily accessed via local shuttle bus or taxi. The ancient town of Nessebar south of Sunny Beach is approx 10km away.
There are a number of excursions available from Sunny Beach and St Vlas including jeep safari, Aqua Park, sun seekers cruise, bingo and quiz nights, hidden charms of sozopol and Bourgas shopping. There are a number of other activities on offer throughout the resort including water sports, mini golf, bowling, bouncy castles and arcades.
Bookings can be secured with a £100 deposit (non refundable). Balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 damage deposit will be required but will be returned once property has been checked by our Management Company (within 14 days of departure).
Changeover day is flexible.
