Garden of Eden is a brand new resort in the typically Bulgarian village of St Vlas. It is right by the Black Sea, with its OWN PRIVATE BEACH! This beach is a few steps from the apartment which is at ground level (no steps) on one side and with superb iews to the sea and Nessebar (Unesco heritage site), also to nearby Sunny beach.

The apartment is a large studio with windows all along one side for maximum view and also with a small private balcony overlooking the sea and beach below. It is private. There are 7 pools on the complex incl an indoor pool. Also spa, jacuzzi, 3 restaurants incl Italian poolside restaurant and beachside fish restaurant. There are hire facilities for bat, jetski, water skiing, pedal boat, rowing boat etc. It has its own medical centre, supermarket, bars everywhere incl beach bar and free loungers on the beach.

There is a courtesy bus to the nearby new waterpark in Nessebar, also on the bus route and close to Sunny Beach and the new marina at St Vlas where you can get boat trips. The vllage itself has all shops and restaurants you would expect.

Bourgas is closeby and there are many museums, art galleries, as well as opera house and an International folk festival. There are the Ropotamo and Strandzha National parks here, dunes, and White Lillies reserves, also fiords and seals cave on Maslen Nos Cape. Also Bourgas Lakes. and of course the airport.

Nessebar is a Unesco World heritage site, and dates back some 9000 years. There are many ruins, fortresses, the necropolis, old Hellenic culture columns and Thracian culture centres.

Also an hours drive to the north is Varna and the resort of Golden Sands, with Albena and Balchik also worth a look.

There is a new marina in St Vlas, with lovely shops and restaurants as well as boat trips to Nessebar. There is also watersports and a Padi dive centre.

The apartment has 4 large windows offering a panoramic view out onto the Black Sea and across to Nessebar, as well as the beach below. It is well equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed, tv (Bulgarian cable) and dvd player. Cd player, dining table for 4, lounge chair. The balcony has patio table and chairs as well as a clothes airer. The kitchen has cooking pans and traditonal pots, a fridge with freezer compartment, Hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/board, washer. The bathroom has full bath with shower over, sink and toilet. It is a fully tiled wet room. The living space is spacious all looking out of the windows down one whole side of the apartment out to sea, with a door leading onto the balcony with table/ chairs. There is bed linen/towels. The whole complex is traffic free, thus safe for children, 7 pools incl indoor pool/sauna/jacuzzi, many pool bars, restaurants all leading to the private beach

There are numerous activities all over the area and nearby Sunny Beach, all watersports, golf, tennis, walking, biking and even skiing in winter (approx 2 hrs drive). The nearest airport is Bourgas (10 miles) or Varna (50 miles).

There is a brand new waterpark in Nessebar with a courtesy bus from St Vlas. In the village of St Vlas, it is typically old Bulgarian with many shops, restaurants, casino, pharmacy, cashpoints etc.

Sunny Beach has all you would wish a holiday resort to offer, watersports, shops, local crafts, stalls, all types of cuisine, estate agents hotels, night clubs, traditional dancing and music as well as live music and singers/groups.
