The newly built Barcelo Royal Beach is a 5 star hotel and apartment complex. It is a 1 minute walk to the beach and this particular apartment has beautiful views towards St Vlas and the mountains beyond.

Located in the center of Sunny Beach for easy access to literally all amenities.
50 m. from the spectacular beach
25 km. from Burgas Airport and 60 km from Varna Airport. Transfers from Bourgas airport to Barcelo Royal Beach by taxi are on aversge £25 please confirm with drivers before getting into the cab, This is standard advise to all travellers to a foreign country.


THE APARTMENT

The apartment is 1 bedroom with american king size bed, the bed settee in the living room sleeps a further 2 people. TV in lounge and bedroom, kitchen has all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable inc toaster, sandwich maker, electric hob, oven and extractor fan, kettle, pots, pans etc. Iron and ironing board provided as well as a hairdryer. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with high stools, a larger than average balcony with patio furniture. The apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard. Bathroom has shower and full sized bath. The apartment is fully airconditioned and heated in the colder months.

The location of Barcelo Royal Beach is in the central area of Sunny Beach, surrounded by bars and restaurants, however the area that the apartment looks over is quiet with just a tennis court in front. The apartment is situated on the quiet side of the complex so a really relaxing holiday is guaranteed. The apartment is situated on the 5th Floor and has access to a lift.

It must also be noted that the complex has a large high class shopping mall besides all the stalls selling bespoke objects, excellant clothing and craft work all at bargain prices and shops in the immediate area. The Mall has several restaurants and bars and also a KFC for those who miss fast food. The area that Barcelo Royal Beach is in could not be more perfect for location with the surrouding area offering something for everyone regardless of age from top restaurants to buzzing bars and traditional tavernas.

A visit to the nearby island Of Nessebar is a must for a day time walk and an evening out, with its cobbled streets, many churches, excellant fish restaurants and antique shops there is something to see and buy after every corner is turned. A short taxt ride or a boat can be taken from the beach over to the island and it is a must. Daily trips to Istanbul, Turkey can also be taken from the island.

The cost per week is for the apartment and not per person. Special rates are available for long-term lets from November to March. Please email for a personal quotation. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security bond of £100.00 is payable with your balance to cover any breakages and/or damage. This will be refunded, usually within 14 days of your return, once the apartment has been inspected.
