5 Bedroom Villa in Sinemorets

This is a quiet villa on the edge of Sinemorets. Only 25 metres from the sea, and less than 10 minutes easy walk from Veleka beach, the villa is ideal for those looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. It's ideal for a larger family, a group of friends, or two families vacationing together. There are views to the sea from three of the bedrooms, the sitting room and the summer kitchen, and there is a large "sun-trap" patio. In front of the villa is a small rocky bay, ideal for morning swims, and Veleka beach is an easy walk away. Veleka is one of the two main beaches in Sinemorets and has about 700 metres of golden sand and a lagoon where the Veleka river comes to the sea. There are four more beaches within walking distance, and a fifth about 10 minutes away by car.  
 
Sinemorets village is small and quiet. It has not yet been found by the big developers. There are only a few streets, with a handful of shops and about a dozen restaurants. There are no sports facilities, but local businesses offer a "jeep safari", horse-riding, boating on the river, quad-bike hire and guided trips through the Strandja nature reserve, which surrounds the village and extends south to the Turkish border and west towards Malko Turnovo. It is also possible to arrange speedboat trips to Istanbul, or to drive there (Istanbul is nearer than Sofia!) 
 
The villa has two double bedrooms, two twin and one triple. There is also a sofa-bed which can sleep two good friends. There is a wireless Internet connection for the use of our guests. 
 
Overall, the villa is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet and a gentle, relaxing vacation.
