A Choice of 1 or 2 x 5STAR Fully furnished air-conditioned self catering apartments with sea views next door to each other ideal for couples or couples with teenage children.
The complex/resort is located just 400 meters from the beach. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 7 minutes (by taxi/bus) from the bustling resort of Sunny Beach.

Leading from the living room is a private spacious balcony with sea views, furnished with a table and chairs for those lazy afternoons.

The complex is part of the GRAND RESORT which comprises of 4 connected complexes whereby guests are able to use any of the amenities and facilities in any of the complexes.

Outside of the complex turn left and a 5-10min walk takes you to an outstanding aquapark that has only just been opened this year and is an ideal day out for all the family ( www.aquapark.bg )Turn right and a 4 or 5 min short taxi ride (£2)

Airport Transfer arranged at £18 per party , on arrival the apartment will be handed over and all facilities explained to you.


Apartment Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £100
High Season Price : £180 per Week
A 25% deposit is payable on confirmation of the booking.
Balance + £200 key/breakage deposit is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Key/Breakage deposit will be refunded (less damages) within 7 days of vacating the apartment.
