The apartment consists of two bedrooms with one double & two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the main living room area. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker & all necessary utensils.
The living room has a TV/DVD player, dining table & chairs, incl sofa. Cable TV, with a number of English speaking channels is available.
The complex is made up of 18 privately owned apartments. There is a shared pool with a small section for toddlers/small children to safely play in. There are plenty of poolside loungers to relax in and with a poolside bar only feet away, cold drinks, ices & snacks are at hand. There is also internet access poolside, so you can easily keep in touch with affairs back home (if required).
For the more energetic, there is a small gymnasium adjacent the pool, which also houses a sauna room & shower area. Kids can play a spot of pool, in the games room, which is adjacent the gymnasium.
The complex is managed by a UK based management company & all management staff can speak fluent English, to help you with any enquires you may have.
The nearby beach is only a 5 to 10 minute stroll down the hill and has all the usual facilities you would expect within a European holiday destination/resort. There are numerous bars and restaurants along the beach front which are great value for money, when compared to the mainstream European holiday destinations. The sea is usually quite calm as the Black Sea is non tidal and as such is noticably warmer than the Med.
A 5 minute taxi drive takes you into the heart of nearby Golden Sands. Here you will find a bustling and popular resort which caters for your every need. With plenty of shops, restaurants & bars, along with a fantastic casino, the more cosmopolitan types will certainly feel at home here.
The water park is situated on the outskirts of Golden Sands and is truely a great day out for the family. With numerous pools and water slides, its easy to spend a full day here and want to come back for more again.
The city of Varna is situated a 20 minute taxi/bus ride from the apartment. Varna is the third largest city in Bulgaria and is definately worth a full day out to visit. With an impressive Cathedral, a Dolphinarium & large retail shopping area's, there is plenty to see and do in this beautiful city.

April to June - Price = £200/week July & August - Price = £275/week Sept & Oct - Price = £200/week £100 payable upon booking with remainder due 6 weeks prior to departure. Also £100 refundable security deposit required 6 weeks prior to departure. Refundable within 14 days from end of booking. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Deposit non-refundable if cancellation instruction received.
