Vacation Rental Description
Walnut House is located just 20 minutes from the beach at Balchik, 30 minutes from the famous Gary Player golf courses and 40 minutes from the Airport at Varna. The villa has easy access by local bus or taxi to the city of Dobrich where you can stroll around at your leisure and sample some of the excellent restaurants and bars. You won't believe how cheap it is to eat out until you try it! The villa benefits from it's own solar heated pool, patio areas and landscaped gardens with irrigation. The grounds are private and fully enclosed by walls with CCTV and the villa's alarm system linked to a local security company.
A fully equipped summer kitchen incorporating a barbecue, sink with h/c running water, fridge & music facilities makes it perfect for those relaxing summer evenings.

We have converted one of the upstairs wet room to a shower room with cubicle, toilet and hand wash basin. The en-suite shower/wet room remains the same as does the ground floor shower/wet room.
All three fully tiled rooms have toilets and are fitted with mirrors and excellent lighting. A hair-dryer is supplied in all 3 bedrooms. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Balcony access available from all 3 bedrooms. There are two brick outbuildings, one is for the storage of garden tools/ machinery, sun beds and parasol etc. and the other as an outhouse/utility room for the washing machine and drying facilities.

Polkovnik Sveshtarovo is a typical Bulgarian village. It is situated far enough away from the town of Dobrich for a peaceful relaxing holiday but near enough to hop on the bus and take a ten minute ride to a much more lively atmostphere offering a vast number of excellent eating houses and bars. The Village is well situated for the beach, golf and Varna Airport, appreciated by the many guests who have already stayed in our five star villa, Walnut House Travel Options

The villa has been absolutely perfect with every home comfort and mod-con you could possibly think of. It's fantastic design, beautiful interior and ideal location have made it a real pleasure to stay in, it's been so much more than we possibly imagined
The freedom and space have made it a great family vacation - we've loved it
We've enjoyed exploring Balchik and Dobrich (a fantastic park for any families with children) and even ventured to Golden Sands and Varna, although these only reaffirmed to us the true value of this peacefu, tranquil location.
We had a fantastic holiday and would recommend this villa and Bulgaria to anyone

The villa was lovely and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Vesco (property manager) was wonderful and helped to make our stay very enjoyable. Air Conditioning in the living room was much appreciated. All the surrounding towns offered excellent restaurants, especially Balchik. The local people were lovely and waved when passing. A highlight of our holiday was the fantastic Scuba Diving in Rusalka. Thanks for everything

The villa is perfect, everything you need. The pool is lovely for cooling down on a hot day. The food in the restaurants very tasty and interesting, the wine and beer good and at the right price. Will certainly visit again, the next time will be the third time

The holiday was fabulous. The Villa is beautiful and had everything you could need or wish for. The pool was great and ideal for cooling down during the lovely weather. The local villagers were lovely and so friendly.This was our perfect holiday, peaceful and relaxing, a sun bed, a pool, the odd beer or wine, what more could anybody ask for. We will be going back.
