A new detached self-catering villa, set amidst vineyards and beautiful countryside in a small gated complex of 11 properties with a shared pool facility. There are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities and a shared balcony looking out onto the pool and into the forest. The 3rd twin bedroom and shower/toilet facility is downstairs. The large open plan lounge has A/C, a twin bed settee that sleeps 2, and leads into a well equipped kitchen/diner catering for 10 The large outside verandah and BBQ area is accessed via a french door from the kithchen. Close by is the communal pool and sun bathing area. The complexc benefits from having 24 hour security. 50 yards from the complex is a local bar and restaurant which has a cool leafy courtyard where extremely reasonable and delicious home cooked Bulgarian fare can be sampled at lunch times and in the evenings. The nearest sandy beach, bars, restaurants and shops are located just 4km away in the small charming seaside town of Byala. Obzor is 7kms away and offers a wide range of souvenir stalls, shops, bars, restaurants, a large supermarket and a large sandy beach that offers all tourist facilities.

    • The villa is well equipped and furnished to cater for 10 people comfortably. TV reception is limited, but there is a DVD player and radio/CD player provided.

    • This residential complex is located on the outskirts of Goritsa - a small peaceful village on the Black Sea Coast, situated 45km/28mls south of Varna on the main road connecting Varna and Burgas. It is also 55km from the international Airport of Varna and 50km from Burgas Airport. The complex is set amongst beautiful combination of forest, vineyards and sea views. There is a variety of land and water sports available at nearby Byala and Obzor. There are dailty mini buses to Varna, with it's cosmopolitan cafe lifestyle and fine shops and Restauarants, to the large resort of Sunny Beach (Bulgaria's answer to Benidorm), and the ancient historic town of Nessebar, which is a must for visitors to experience a taste of old Bulgaria and the fantastic choice of souvenirs to purchase.

    The price includes rent of the whole villa for a week and all utility bills. For bookings of 7 nights duration cleaning and exchange of linens will be done prior to arrival and after departure. For bookings of 14 nights duration, cleaning and exchange of linens will take place prior to arrival, once mid term and after departure. A £250.00 deposit against damage is required with the initial booking deposit. This deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the property or contents made during your stay and the keys to the property have been received back. All damage, loss and breakages will be charged for at the current market rate. To secure a booking a non refundable of 50% of the total rental charge is required. The non-refundable balance payment needs to be received no later than 6 weeks prior to arraival date. NB you are advised to take out persoanl travel insurance.
