Vacation Rental Description
Our property is a two bedroomed apartment in the resort of Bansko - both a summer and a winter destination.

The property comprises 2 double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, shower room/WC and separate WC. There are 2 external balconies.

The apartment is extremely well furnished and equipped and has a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

The full kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There is ample crockery and cutlery for 6 people.

The lounge has 2 sofas one of which converts into a double bed. There is a dining table together with 6 chairs.In the lounge there is a TV complete with DVD player a separate CD player is also available. A selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games are available for your use. There is access from the lounge onto a balcony.

There are 2 bedrooms both having double beds. Both rooms are equipped with bedside tables and adequate wardrobe and drawer space.Hair driers are provided. A door from bedroom 1 leads onto a balcony.

There is a fully tiled shower room complete with shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a separate WC

The apartment is fully centrally heated with each radiator having independent temperature control. All windows are double glazed.

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor. There is a lift if required.

The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival. All linen and towels are provided. There is a ski locker situated in the basement of the apartment block for storage of skis and boots.

A welcome pack of basic foodstuffs is provided for your arrival.

Our apartment is managed by an English couple living in Bansko. They will provide any assistance you require during your stay such as pre arrangement of ski hire or lessons, purchase of lift passes, guidance on excursions, guided walks in the summer etc.

Our apartment is situated in a new development which is a short stroll away from the old town centre where the bulk of the restaurants and bars are located (aparently one for each day of the year!). A free shuttle bus takes you from the apartment to the main ski gondola in about 5 minutes, alternatively you can walk it in about 15 minutes.

There is a swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room in an adjacent building, which are free to use for residents. There is also a massage room and there is a very reasonable charge for a range of treatments.

There are communal gardens.

Our apartment is maintained by English people living in Bansko who can provide advice as necessary and also arrange for ski hire, ski passes etc. Airport transfers can also be arranged
