16 Fortuna is in the best possible location opposite the gondola and a short walk into the centre of Bansko.

Situated on the first floor, the apartment sleeps up to three adults or two adults and two children, with one double bedroom and a brand new comfortable sofabed in the living room that pulls out to make a double bed. The bedroom has a balcony with stunning mountain views.

We have recently redecorated the apartment, creating feature walls using designer "Harlequin" gold and teal wallpaper; sleek modern metallic gold venetian blinds complete the look. We also replaced the standard sofa bed with a brand new comfortable sofa bed - without any springs!!!

The apartment now has a really luxurious feel to it and the new decor sets it apart from the thousands of plain boring looking apartments in Bansko!

Finished to a very high standard, with modern furnishings and all the facilities you might need. The apartment is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and dining area, bathroom with bath and shower above, living room has a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. There is also a second balcony off the dining area with views up to the mountain and over to the gondola station.

The development has great facilities - reception, popular modern bar/restaurant with open fire, heated indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, underground parking and landscaped gardens with BBQ for summer dining.

Fortuna is one of the very few developments in Bansko with FREE LEISURE FACILITIES. Most developments charge to use their facilities, make sure you check this when enquiring.

Also included free of charge is a set of brand new skis (1.70m) and poles (bought 2010).

    The apartment is available per night, minimum stay is 4 nights - except half term and Christmas/New Year. 50% deposit required to secure the booking, the balance is due one month before arrival by UK bank transfer. Security deposit of £100 against damages. I can contact other Fortuna owners should you need more bedrooms, if you are travelling with friends and would like to stay in the same complex, or if we do not have availability.
