Vacation Rental Description
The Snow Legend complex is situated in the beautiful all season resort of Bansko just 600m from the main Gondola. A short walk will take you to the historical main street which runs through the town featuring cobbled streets and timber framed houses. Here you will find plenty of shops, restaurants,taverns,banks and pharmacies. A good location, giving you the best of both modern and traditional.This 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the 4th floor and can be accessed via lift or stairs.(Please note - There are a few steps leading to the apartment which may be difficult for wheelchair access).
The apartment is suitable for 2 couples or a family.
Facilities
The kitchen is well equiped with modern conveniences to make you feel at home. There is also a coffee machine, toaster, juicer, iron and ironing board. A cleaning and laundry service can be arranged at an extra charge. Meet and greet service available for an extra charge. Welcome pack on arrival available for an extra charge.
Activities
With around 40 Mehanas, hotel restaurants and cafes, there is a wide range of places to eat within walking distance of the apartment. All Mehanas serve traditional Bulgarian cuisine and a many house wines.The Happy End bar opposite the gondola station and about 10 minutes walk from the apartment is usually the first stop for the skiers and snowboarders when they come off the slope.
There is an ice rink, ten pin bowling and a casino. For shopping enthusiasts,you can shop right into the evening with most shops staying open until around 8pm. There are many small family run shops selling everything from clothes to furniture, ornaments, souvenirs and of course ski and snowboarding shops.
The evening entertainment can be found in most of the Mehanas and usually consist of traditional Bulgarian music and dance creating a real party atmosphere.
There are beer and jazz festivals in the summer.
The Rila Monastery and bear park are local.

£50 non refundable deposit required with booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full balance required at time of booking for reservations made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Refundable breakage deposit of £100 required with final balance. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure from the property. (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Nightly and weekend rates available. (min 3 nights). Long term lets available between 1st May and 30th Nov. £300 per month excluding bills. Preferred payment method: Cheque or bank transfer.
