This cosy apartment provides a prime location for avid skiers and families alike being just a minutes walk to the Gondola station so no carrying equipment or catching buses before or after a busy day on the slopes. On the third floor, the apartment is tastefully decorated showcasing the unique work of local artisans and has stunning views of both mountain ranges. There is a very efficient log fire which warms the apartment very quickly but electic heaters are very effective to keep an even temperature. In the basement of the building we have a large ski locker for all your ski equipment etc. We have a balcony overlooking the Kempinski Hotel and with lovely views towards the mountain ranges. Our friendly management staff are located within the same building to give you any help or information you may need during your stay and will also help with the rental of ski equipment giving discounts when available. Situated opposite the apartment is the elegant 5 star Kempinski Arena Hotel and like most Hotels in Bansko offers leisure facilities to non-residents for a local fee.
The apartment offers a sanctuary to relax from the slopes but is in easy reach of many of the apres ski bars and the old town of Bansko with its host of friendly mahenas (tavernas) offering the best freshly cooked meals at reasonable prices. In the old area you will experience the authentic ancient architecture, atmosphere and traditions with historical monuments and museums dating back to the 10th century.

This beautiful alpine region in the south west corner of Bulgaria offers superb winter sports facilities for both novice and expert together with great summer weather which although short is usually hot and sunny providing a wonderful climate for sight seeing and many summer sporting activities.

The old town of Bansko sits at 925m above sea level and the slopes are at 2000 - 2500m. There has been millions of Euros invested in the area and winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy a wealth of state of the arts ski and snowboarding facilities. Below are details of the ski area.

The apartment sleeps four, with a large kingsize bed in the bedroom and a sofabed in the lounge. All bedlinen and towels are supplied and electricity and heating are included in the tariff. There is a small secure parking area to the back of the building and 24 hour security/reception.
Our management company is located within the building to welcome you and show you to the apartment, they will sort out any problems you may encounter and help in any way they can.

A deposit of £100 on reservation is required, this will only be returned on any cancellations which are rebooked.
A deposit of £100 (in case of any damage) will be required on arrival and will be returned on leaving.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer which will include any charges made by the bank.
