The 40m2 apartment is situated on the first floor of block 2 in the “Bansko Royal Towers “ which is serviced by a lift. The interior of the high quality apartment which was completed in September 2007 is well-equipped and has an attractive finish, it also benefits from a direct view across to the main gondola station. Living area:
The well-planned lounge has a comfortable seating and dining area for 4 people, also a fitted kitchenette. It is decorated and furnished to a high standard and is equipped with a 26” LCD TV, DVD player. The window by the sofa area has wonderful views across to the Pirin Mountains and main gondola station.
Sleeping:
The sofa bed is very comfortable, easily converts to a standard double bed. There are quality pillows and duvet, which is stored within the blanket box.
The two single beds are specifically designed to slot together as a double, or split as singles, with sufficient height to store suitcases underneath.
Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a two ring halogen hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and a full range of kitchenware, to create a quick snack or gourmet meal.
Shower room:
The shower room has a luxury Italian shower, wc, washbasin and large heated chrome towel rail.
Ski/Snowboard Storage:
free of charge place in the ski depot for ski and snowboard equipment for 2 adults and 1 child which is located within the same block as the apartment but on the ground floor ski shop.
Heating:
The apartment is equipped with central heating.
