The apartment is situated in a brand new comples in a very quiet area. The complex is secure with security personnel on duty 24/7. It is situated mid way between Varna and Golden Sands, both are easily accessable, popular with families and the young alike. For those wanting lots to do, there is something for everyone. The complex has its own swimming pool with poolside bar, restaurant and bar and has an internet cafe.
The apartment has 3 rooms over 2 floors, 1 room has a double bed, and 2 twin rooms. There are 2 toilet/shower rooms. The kitchen/Diner is fully equipped for 8 persons. The Lounge has 1 x 2 seater, 1 x 3 seater and 1 x chair. The 3 seater converts to a double bed, TV & DVD. There are table and chairs on the verandah.
St. Konstantine beach is approximately 3km from the apartment, for the fit this is only a 13min walk, for the not so active there is an hourly bus service from the front of the complex which takes approx 4-5 mins to St.Konstantine centre. For anyone wishing to visit Golden Sands, buses leave St.Konstantine, or a taxi can be contacted at the entrance to the complex to take you the 25-30min ride to Golden Sands beach front. Taxi's are very reasonable. Varna is a 20min bus ride from the complex. Varna is a very modern city with dolphinarium, cathedral and many more exciting vocal points, it is also very child friendly.
