Vacation Rental Description

Our lovely holiday house is situated in a quiet street of Bruges but within easy walking distance of all historical, gastronomic and cultural highlights of Bruges.
The house is fully renovated and well equipped.
We can recommend you the practical cosy kitchen with the SMEG domestic appliances.
We have 2 bedrooms (3 single beds and 1 double bed + cot) with place for a family up to 5 persons + 1 baby
Don't forget our nice little terrace for a romantic dinner at candle light !

Low Season Price : €530
High Season Price : €650 per Week
Cleaning, water and electricity are included in the prices. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights, during July and August is the minimum stay 1 week. Reduction of 10% if you are only 2 persons. We ask an additional of 40,00 euro per stay for the 5th person. 25 % of the rental amount to confirm the reservation. outstanding balance is to be paid cash on your arrival. sorry, we accept no credits cards or cheques. 15 % of rental amount retained for cancellations within 1 month. 25 % of rental amount retained for cancellations within 2 weeks. 50 % of rental amount retained for cancellations within 3 days Security deposit of 200,00 euro, refundable on your departure.
