At the edge of The Ardennes [Belgium], at 20 km from Liege and Spa [Sprimont-Ogné], 3 charming holiday rentals [10 people - 2 x 6 people] restored in a 17th century stone farm building. 
 
These self-catering holiday houses can be reserved separately or together to accommodate several families or friends' groups up to 11, 12 people [6 bedrooms], 13, 14, 15, 16 people [8 bedrooms] or 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 people [11 bedrooms].

				Low Season Price:	€325 per Week
				High Season Price:	€1,950 per Week

Rates: *Week-end and Midweek from 230 euros to 1295 euros. *Week from 325 euros to 1445 euros. *Christmas and New Year from 750 euros to 1950 euros. Additional costs [warming, water, electricity, turist tax, garbagge] not included. Security [from 250 euro to 500 euro] returned within 15 days after departure. An installment corresponding to 50% of the rental is to be paid by bank transfer within 3 days following the dispatch of the lease. The balance is due 90 days before the beginning of the stay. In the event of a reservation made less than 90 days, the total rent fee shall be paid when the reservation is done. The security is to be handed over to the lessor by cash payment at the arrival at the latest. The security shall be returned to the bank account indicated by the tenant within 15 days after the end of the stay, minus the cost of any repairs to the property from damage or deterioration.
