These self-catering holiday houses can be reserved separately or together to accommodate several families or friends' groups up to 12 persons [6 bedrooms], 16 persones [8 bedrooms] or 22 persons [11 bedrooms].

*Le Grand Duc 10 persons- 5 bedrooms.

Low Season Price : €300 High Season Price : €1650 per Week		View Availability Calendar
Rates: Week-end 2 nights and midweek from 230€ to 1295€. Week-end 3 nights from 250€ to 1295€. Week from 300€ to 1440€. Christmas and New Year from 700€ to 1650€. Additional costs [warming, water, electricity, turist tax, garbagge] not included. Security [from 250 euro to 500 euro] returned within 15 days after departure. An installment corresponding to 50% of the rental is to be paid by bank transfer within 7 days following the dispatch of the lease. The balance is due 90 days before use the property. In the event of a reservation made less than 90 days, the total rent fee shall be paid when the reservation is done. The security is to be handed over to the lessor by cash payment at the arrival at the latest. The security shall be returned to the bank account indicated by the tenant within 15 days after the end of the stay, minus the cost of any repairs to the property from damage or deterioration.
