    The apartment is EUR 95,- per night for 1-2 people, plus 15 for each additional person (max 5 people). For stays shorter than 6 nights we charge a cleaning fee of EUR 65,-. Monthly discount is 45% (28 days and up) All prices include the 10% VAT. A security deposit (furnishings, glass, art, etc) of 150 EUR will be charged before arrival and returned after departure, if everything is in order. Cancellations: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your rent minus EUR 50 administrative charges. 30 days and less, we keep the whole amount, unless we are able to fill your reserved dates; in which case we will refund 100% of the new tenant's rent minus EUR 50 as well!
