The apartments are in a completely renovated, turn-of-the-century building in a quite neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from Schoenbrunn Palace / Vienna Zoo. 
 
Being located next to the ideal metro stop (which is only 200 meters from the apartment) means that you’ll be at Vienna’s famous Kärntner Straße and the opera house in 10 minutes. 
 
In addition to the Meidlinger Market, the INTERSPAR shopping center, banks, post office, supermarket and a pharmacy are all the apartments’ direct vicinity. 
 
There is a broad range of dining options within walking distance, capable of satisfying everyone’s tastes.
