Being located next to the ideal metro stop (which is only 200 meters from the apartment) means that you’ll be at Vienna’s famous Kärntner Straße and the opera house in 10 minutes.

In addition to the Meidlinger Market, the INTERSPAR shopping center, banks, post office, supermarket and a pharmacy are all the apartments’ direct vicinity.

There is a broad range of dining options within walking distance, capable of satisfying everyone’s tastes.

Up to 30 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee

Up to 14 days prior to arrival: Cancellation fee of 3 nights

Up to 5 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total rental fee, although no less than 3 nights

Cancellations of less than the 5 days before the day of arrival or non-arrival of the tenant: cancellation fee is equivalent to the total rental fee

If a down payment was made that is more than the cancellation fee, then the difference will be returned by bank transfer to an account number provided by the tenant.
