    • The apartment is sited in the center of Vienna. The next subway/metro station (Nestroyplatz) as well as the "Praterstrasse" with shopping areas, supermarkets and restaurants are in 2 minutes waking distance. The "Stephansplatz" in the heart of Vienna with the "Stephansdom" from which important roads lead, for example the "Kärntnerstraße", the "Graben" and the "Rotenturmstraße" are in approx. 12 minutes walking distance. The "Ringstraße" with the historical objects of interest, "Hofburg", "Oper", "Burgtheater", "Börse", "Albertina", "Rathaus", ... with many museums and gardens - "Burggarten", "Stadtpark", "Volksgarten" is to be reached in a 3 minutes walk. The "Prater" with its well-known "Riesenrad" as well as the "Hundertwasser-Haus" are reachable within approx. 7 minutes.

    To fix the reservation, please make a payment in advance of 25 % of the total amount. This can be made either by bank transfer, credit card (I accept VISA or MasterCard) or Western Union tranfer. Up from a stay of 7 days the price is EUR 85.00/night/2 people in the normal season and of EUR 70.00/night/2 people in the low season. For each furhter person there will be a price between EUR 10.00 and EUR 20.00. For childs under 15 years I balance the half price. For a stay up from 21 days, please contact me for the price.
