This apartment is to be used either for VACANCIES or as a BUSINESS APARTMENT:

A personal computer with high-speed Internet is there for your disposal; on the other hand you can take with your own laptop, plug-in and surf.

The apartment with its modern equipment is sited in the 4th floor, easily to be reached by elevator. Elegant outfit and in spite of this with a tender heart for the details it's most comfortable for 4 persons, eventually a 5th and 6th person is possible, too. All windows are directed to silent "Fischergasse".

It is quite near to the 1st district (less than 1 minute to walk to "Ringstrasse"; 10 minutes to walk to "St. Stephans Cathedral"). For this reason the most well-known sigths of Vienna can be reached by walking easily or by taking the underground (station "Nestroyplatz" - 2 minutes to walk).

Almost all historical sights like St. Stephans Cathedral (12-minutes), Hundertwaserhaus, Museum of Nature and Museum of Fine Arts, Spanish-Riding-School are in walking distance except Castle of Schoenbrunn. But this "Schoenbrunn Palace" you can reach easily as the metro station of the "U4" is within 3 minutes walking distance; from there it is 9 stops with metro (15 minutes) to station "Schoenbrunn.

Prices are valid for 1 nights for 1-2 person(s, each additional person is between EUR 5,- and EUR 25,- plus.
Prices depend on season, duration of stay and if additional person(s) is/are adult(s) or child/children.

Payment on account of 25% of the full amount arranged by banktransfer, outside the "EU" you can pay by VISA o Mastercard, too. Payment of balance is to be done in cash against receipt of apartment keys.

If your cancellation reaches me later than 28 days before the arranged first day of rental starts, the payment on account cannot not be paid back.

For keys, phone, cell phone and internet I claim for a deposit.

In special cases I allow to charge an amount for end-cleaning.
