This apartment is to be used either for VACANCIES or as a BUSINESS APARTMENT:

A personal computer with high-speed Internet is there for your disposal; on the other hand you can take with your own laptop, plug-in, and start surfing or checking your e-mails.

The apartment with its modern equipment is sited in the 6th floor, easily to be reached by elevator. Elegant outfit and in spite of this with a tender heart for the details it's most comfortable for vacation, but for business trips, too. All windows are directed to silent "Ferdinandstrasse".

Absolutly near to the center of the city.
Shopping in various stores, sited in "Praterstrasse" - 2-minutes to walk, a lot of different restaurants nearby. Supermarket in 2 minutes walk to be reached, another one in railway station "Praterstern" opened throughout the week, whole day - 6-minutes.
3 - minutes distance to "Ringstrasse" (sights, restaurants, bars, discotheques, Viennas 'Beisln')
7 - minutes to "Riesenrad/Prater" (biggest amusement-park)
7 - minutes to "Kunsthaus Wien" (exhibitions of art)
10 - minutes to "Hundertwasserhaus" (most famous building of the artist 'Friedensreich Hundertwasser')
12 - minutes to "Stephansplatz" (fiacre, "Kärntnerstrasse")

The Vienna Opera, Burgtheater, Vienna International Center (UNO City) you can reach within 10 minutes by underground/subway.

In case you like to do sports there are a lot of possibilities in "Prater" (jogging, biking, inline-skating, cross country skiing), on "Donauinsel" or just in front of the apartment house where the "Donaukanallände" (banks of the river "Donaukanal") is sited.

It is opposit to the 1st district (3 minutes walk to "Ringstrasse"; 12 minutes walk to "St. Stephans Cathedral"). For this reason the most well-known sigths of Vienna can be reached by walking easily or by taking the underground (station "Nestroyplatz" - 2 minutes walk).

In the apartment you find high-speed-Internet and a PC. On the other hand you can bring your laptop plug-in ans start surfing immediately.

Addtional remark: In front of the house there ic the Danube-channel; on each side of the beach you can walk, run, nordic-walk or go by bike for dozens of kilometers to the North or South. On the other hand you have 5 minutes to walk to "Prater",only, in which you find a huge area for walking, running, biking and sometimes in winter for cross country skiing.
You can rent bikes there, also.
