The property sits in an elevated position just a 2 minute walk from the Wolfgangsee. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance and it is only a leisurely 10 minute walk into the centre of St Wolfgang.

The Schafberg cog railway and access to the ferries that traverse the lake are less than a 5 minute walk. There is a public bathing area just a 2 minute walk from the house if you fancy a dip (summer only!)

In the winter months good family skiing can be had in the local Postalm ski area which is a 25 minute drive with skiing for the more adventurous available within 30 minutes.

It is an ideal property for large families or two families for either summer or winter vacations. The living accomodation is set on the first and second floors of this spacious property. Both floors having balconies where you can enjoy tremendous views of the Austrian Alps and Wolfgangsee.

The large bedrooms have king size beds and the largest double aspect bedroom also has a Day Bed. There are also three large sofa beds in the lounge area.

Three bedrooms have balcony access.

A cot and high chair are available.

Large state of the art High Definition flat screen TV 32 inch with docking for MP3 Ipod etc. Xbox 360 Elite with games. Free WiFI. Guestbook The kitchen is large with a full 4 ring hob and oven/grill. There is a microwave and coffee machine. Full Size fridge. "Happy New Year to you too! It's taking us a little bit of time to get back into the swing of things after a great week away!! The chalet was so great! We couldn't believe how nice it was and how much work you guys have put into it. It really shows! You have a gem of a place! Great location too. We are seriously questioning whether or not to come back in the spring - the trails are very tempting! We did go on the one with the waterfall when all the snow melted - wow! Amazingly beautiful!" We had a wonderful, fantastic time in AUSTRIA. Just got back to our regular grind today. Alasss!!!! A wonderful holiday in one of best places on earth ST WOLFGANG!!!! What a place you have selected. I think it was better than Hallstatt, St. Gilgen, Strobl. However, SALZKAMMERGUT area is so absolutely stunning. Your house is very comfortable and pretty, very well located. Quiet as well as within reach of almost everything. We so wanted to stay back one more day but our friends colud'nt extend their stay. Anyway all good things also come to an end so that there is fresh beginning for some more good times!!!! Bye and Warm Regds. Nilufer

To secure a booking we require a 25% deposit, the remainder becomes due 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
