The ideal holiday region for your family holidays - Accordingly extensive is our children's program for the little guests. From the children-steam train, games and fun with horse riding to parasailing for children and parents. Furthermore are there many possibilities for biking, mountain biking and walking.
We are a partner company of the Sport- und Freizeitanlage Hippach! That means the use of the Sports- and recreation center Hippach (swimming, tennis and many more) is free for our guests.
Winter offers many ski possibilities. Almost all ski areas are close by - Total Ski-pleasure. Snowsafe skiing - also in summer because the Hintertuxer Glacier is only 18 km away from Hippach.
Our newly build common room offers more than enough space to have dinner together or simply to spend a cozy evening with friends.

Apartment 1: This apartment has a little kitchen, a living/bedroom with a double bed and shower/WC. Also this apartment has its own balcony and satellite TV. FREE wireless internet for your laptop.
Bed linen is included - Please take towels and dishtowels with you. For breakfast we offer a bread service, so you will have fresh bread every day. A heated room for drying your ski clothes is also available. The center of the village is at 5 minutes walking-distance.

Children: Cool attractions are horse riding, minigolf, walking, biking or mountain biking along the Ziller. Both Hippach and Mayrhofen have a sport- and adventure swimming pool with childrens pool, water chute and more. The steam train offers children a lot of fun. In summer and winter there are plenty of possibilities to amuse the little ones.
Travel Options
- Nearest Airport : Innsbruck at 70 kilometers distance;
- Nearest Train Station : Hippach at 1 kilometers distance
- Nearest Town : Mayrhofen at 5 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: The best route is over Munich. There you take the motorway in the direction Salzburg/Innsbruck and before Rosenheim (Dreieck Inntal) you drive in the direction Innsbruck. You cross the border at Kufstein and stay on the Inntalautobahn direction Innsbruck until the exit Zillertal. Than you follow the Zillertal Bundesstraße Nr. B 169 direction Mayrhofen until you reach Hippach. (1st village before Mayrhofen).
When you have arrived in Hippach you pass a Shell petrol station (to your left) and turn right at the traffic lights. 100 meter after crossing a bridge you turn right again, direction Zillertaler Höhenstrasse. After approx. 1 km you will see a farm on your right with a mark "Ferienwohnungen Spitaler" - on it. If you have reached that point your are perfectly right!!!
