Vacation Rental Description

Located next to Rapoldi Park, restaurants, shopping center, train station this apartment is a rare opportunity to stay in Innsbruck to live like a local.

The well furnished and equipped apartment features a large entry hall, decorated with fine art and several built in closets, leads to a fully furnished equippemed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, all utensils and ample dishes. On left of entry hall is a larged tiled bath with washer/dryer, tub and overhead shower, hairdryer,large mirror; supply of towels. A separate area is also on this side of the apartment which is a computer room and storage.

An arched open doorway leads into the spacious living/dining area (with round dining table and 4 chairs). A comfortable double sofa, two chairs, entertainment unit with cable TV, stereo,VCR, games, books,maps, travel literature, CD's and videos.
From this room you enter into the master bedroom which has a queensize bed, large mirrored closets, dresser, night stands,lamps and alarm clock. The window faces into the yard. All bedding is included. From the living room you go out onto the tiled terrace which has a table and 4 chairs and into the garden. The apartment has hardwood floors which are covered with classic oriental rugs. Nice art decorates the walls.

Prices are based on occupancy of two persons. Exta person 350 euros per week.

Extra charges: Secured parking 75 euros,measured phone & internet charges, cleaning fee 75 euros, local tourist tax, refundable security deposit 500 euros.

Booking instructions: 50% due upon booking via wire transfer or check; remainder 90 days prior occupancy.

Cancellations: 25% of total rent non-refundable. Within 90 days of arrival no refunds, unless unit can be re-rented. Please cover yourself via travel insurance.
