Tauernblick ('Mountain View') Apartment is one of only 8 apartments in a traditionally designed alpine building. Great pride has been taken in ensuring it's the perfect place to stay on your holiday.

Decorated in modern style the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area, so there is plenty of room to sleep up to 6, making it perfect for friends and families alike. There is lift access, underground parking and storage.

The wooden balcony has wonderful mountain views and is accessible from both the lounge and master bedroom. An open plan living area with feature fireplace is the ideal place to eat, drink and relax.

The stunning modern apartment is in a fantastic location close to the ski stop and just five minutes walk to the center of Kaprun. There is a supermarket nearby, perfect for picking up all your food and fresh pastries in the morning.

Kaprun is a charming traditional mountain village with a great alpine atmosphere. Lively bars, cafés and restaurants. There are a variety of shops including a huge new Intersport store as well as designer fashion shops.

The ski area includes the 135km of slopes and beautiful vistas of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The Maiskogel has gently ascending slopes, ideal for beginners. The nearby Schmittenhohe mountain in Zell Am See offers long tree lined descents and numerous secluded mountain restaurants and inns.

In the summer Kaprun is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts with an immaculate 36 hole golf course, mountain and road biking, hiking, climbing, horse riding, swimming, the list goes on... There really are a huge variety of activities and events on offer whether you are looking for adrenalin, leisure or family fun.

Rental Rates

				Low Season Price:	€550 per Week
				High Season Price:	€1,000 per Week

We ask that you pay a non-refundable deposit of €150 on booking of the apartment, the full balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of €200 is due along with the final payment. We kindly ask that the apartment is left clean and in the same state as it was in on arrival. Please ensure the property is not occupied by more than the number of persons stated, this maximum number of persons indicated includes children and infants unless otherwised agreed with us prior to booking. Arrival time is between 15.00 and 18.00. On departure day, please vacate the property by 10.00am. We regret that are not able to permit pets in the in building. Please also be aware the apartment is non smoking Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion. Cancellation charges will become effective from the date notification is received by us.
