Welcome to the newly built Apartment Alice. This exclusive family owned apartment is located in the centre of Kaprunthe beautiful year round alpine resort. Directly opposite the Maiskogel ski area. Everything you need is on your doorstep. 
 
Situated on the ground floor, with a large terrace and 63 m2 of living space. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and another separate toilet. In the spacious lounge there is a double sofabed and another single bed can be supplied if needed. 
 
There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher hob and microwave/grill and fridge. 
 
We also have satellite tv, internet access and a dvd player.
