Our house has 5 appartements. 3 of them for max. 8 persons each, with 2 sleeping-rooms with 3 beds each, big living-room, full equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, seperate toilet and balcony. 
Our smaller appartements (No 5+6 - 55m²) have 1 sleeping-room with 2 beds (No 6) and in the other appartement (No 5) 1 sleeping-room with 3 beds, living-kitchen with an sleeping-couch for also 2 persons, bathroom, seperate toilet and balcony. 
Also we offer you an big wellness-area with sauna, steam-sauna, infrarot, solarium (this is against charge),... 
 
For our guests we offer also bikes (also for children),big parking-place, an garden with grill, heated skiboots-dryer. 
 
For our children we have an kids-playing room, play ground in the garden, slides, high-chair, baby-bed and table-tennis. Also we are members of the GASTI-Club (this is an kids- and teens-club in Dorfgastein) 
 
Our house is nearby the center but in an quiet and gree place. To the supermarket, gondel-station, swimming-pool, restaurants you only have always few minutes to walk - you don`t need a car!
