The house is located in a quiet, secluded spot on the edge of the town, next to a forest and at the foot of the hill on which a castle can be seen. The house has a porch with arches and on one side a patio, on the other a large grassy flat lawn. The living area includes two bedrooms, plus a living room which serves also as a bedroom (if necessary), and a large kitchen-dining room with a view of the forest.

Shops and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance. In the town there is a pond for swimming, tennis courts and a soccer (football) field. Bernstein has a very healthy climate (60 m above sea level) and in the area there are many paths with views of the beautiful surroundings. The famous thermal baths of BadTatzmannsdorf are only 10 km away. From our house you can visit Vienna and Graz very conviniently as well as Budapest.
