Sunken living room has an open beam ceiling and rustic wood/glass doors to the patio areas.

Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom with large walk-in shower and skylights. The master suite offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez, with private access to patio, pool and beach.
Two other bedrooms are furnished with 1 king sized bed and 2 individual (twin) beds, respectively. Convertible twin bed-chairs in the living areas provide an additional sleep area for 2 persons.

Rates

Low Season Price : $1575
High Season Price : $2100 per Week
Rental Rates:
$225.00 p/night Monday – Thursday. $275.00 p/night Friday – Sunday. 2 night minimum rental.
$300.00 p/night during holiday and special event periods, with a 3 night minimum rental. Cleaning fee is $50.00. Refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required (credit cards are acceptable for the deposit). A completed rental agreement and 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
We accept most major credit cards, cashier’s check, money order, or personal check (up to 30 days in advance of rental date).

Unforeseen events can cause a change in plans. Your deposit is subject to the following cancellation policy: Holidays/ Festivals/ Race events: 30 day notice = 100% refund. 14 days notice = 50% refund. Less than 14 days notice = forfeit or applied to future reservations
