High Season Price : $235 per Day


Cash Rates. Discounted Weekly & Monthly rates available. 50% deposit due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay rental deposit or balance on time could result in loss of reservation and/or deposit. Cancellations 120 days prior to arrival will result in 25% of rental fee being deducted from deposit, 120 to 61 days prior to arrival will result in 50% of the rental fee being deducted from the deposit, 60 to 31 days prior to arrival will result in 75% of rental fee being deducted from the deposit, 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in 100% of total rental fee being deducted from the deposit. In case of Hurricanes, a voucher valid for 1 year will be issued for the unused portion of the rental. This can be applied towards full or partial payment of a future rental.
