Villa 2 is a very comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath unit conveniently located on the garden level. It's decor reflects the Mexican theme of the building with marble floors throughout the unit and bathrooms. The small patio outside the large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors off the living room is surrounded by lush tropical plants , it is a nice spot for a late breakfast or afternoon drink.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed with a safety deposit box located in the closet for your valuables. The guest bedroom has a full size bed. A large built in couch in the living room provides extra sleeping area if needed.
The kitchen is well equipped for your holiday needs with a large stove w/oven, two small refrigerators a microwave oven as well as small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, blender)etc.

50% deposit due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay rental deposit or balance on time could result in loss of reservation and/or deposit. Cancellations 120 days prior to arrival will result in 25% of rental fee being deducted from deposit, 120 to 61 days prior to arrival will result in 50% of the rental fee being deducted from the deposit, 60 to 31 days prior to arrival will result in 75% of rental fee being deducted from the deposit, 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in 100% of total rental fee being deducted from the deposit. In case of Hurricanes, a voucher valid for 1 year will be issued for the unused portion of the rental. This can be applied towards full or partial payment of a future rental.
