High Season Price : $1600 per Week

50% of the total required to booked reservation. You need to ad a $400 security deposit plus a $100 cleaning fee.

The Security deposit will be refunded only after the electricity bill for the correspondent days of your stay is received. If excesive use of electricity is found, it will be deducted from the deposit. Panama has very expensive electricity. We appreciate your cooperation during your stay in turning off the lights and the A/C's when they are not in use.

The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival at the latest.
