Costa Grande is a gated community which surrounds two swimming pools: one for kids.

The casitas are all very similar, but ours is larger than most with an expanded living room, kitchen and terrazzo.

We live in ours 6 months out of the year, so it is furnished for our comfort. It has everything a couple or family could need to be comfortable, including kitchen supplies, a washer/dryer, a gas BBQ and boogie boards.

We have created extra storage space and have a beautiful mural on the living room wall, painted by a local artist.

Beach, Fishing, Restaurant, Shopping, Water Sports and Rental

The beach is what it is about. Except for Panamanian holiday weekends, it will be basically a private beach for you.

We are a short walk to the local fish co-op where you can purchase fish caught that day.

Up the beach is a the surf spot called Malibu. It is a the conflence of the Chame river and also has excellent fishing.

Monthly rates are $700 low and $1500 during high season. We require a reasonable deposit, and refunds are given, depending on notice and ability to replace the business. We can accept Pay Pal, or checks mailed to our home in the US. Cash is payable upon arrival.
