In order to secure a reservation, a 50% deposit must be made via PayPal, cash or bank wire to a Panamanian bank. The
deposit must be cleared before arrival. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival.
A damage deposit will be due in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure barring any damages. For rentals over
a month, the damage deposit will be equivalent to a month's rent. For a short-term rental, the damage deposit will be 30% of
the rent (rounded to the nearest $100).
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel you reservation, refunds will be made as follows:
No Refunds if Cancellation is within 30 Days Prior to Date of Reservation
50% Refund of Rental Fees if Cancellation is within 60 Days Prior to Date of Reservation.
90% Refund of All Fees Paid if Cancellation is Made at Least 61 Days Prior to Reservation
