    Rates 3 days minimum $600.00 7 days week $900.00 15 days $1,400.00 30 days $2,000.00 Security deposit of $300.00 that will be returned after the end of the lease and inspection of the unit. We will require 50% for reservation and the balance 30 days before arrival. 50% will be charge prior the 30 days of occupancy.
