Your condo is situated in Los Balcones on the 4th floor, which is one of several buildings built to accommodate guests who want the privacy and comfort of their own residence, but with the ability to take advantage of the hotel's amenities. Los Balcones is located directly behind the resort facilities and just steps away from the beach where a visit in the early morning rewards you with an abundance of shells lining the sand. Your rental residence is a 1,500 square foot, three-bedroom, three-bath condo with maid’s room. It sleeps eight comfortably with a king-sized master bedroom, queen sized second bedroom and a bunk bed room for the kids. Additionally, there is a queen-sized sofa-bed in the living room. The unit is air-conditioned but you will be pleased by the breezes that flow through the rooms when windows are open. The dining-living room overlooks the sea, with a circular 200 square foot covered balcony, perfect for gazing at the view. The kitchen is fully appointed with dining amenities for a family or group of eight people, and the chef in the group will enjoy gas cooking and the stainless steel appliances.
