We offer 8 units, four large 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath apartments and three studio apartments, and one regular hotel style room with a bath. All fully furnished and custom decorated in tropical theme. Totally renovated in 2006-2007. Each 4 bedroom apartment (sleeps up to 10) has 14 large windows with beautiful tropical views out of every one. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with fridge/freezer, ice maker, gas stove with full size oven, microwave, toaster/oven, coffee-maker, spice-rack and everything you need to prepare you own fresh meal (Panama has the best and freshest seafood, vegetables, fruits and meats in the world). Or, hire a maid/cook to prepare your meal and clean up for you...all for @$25 a day!

The three studio apartments sleep 4 guests easily in this 650 sq. ft. ground floor unit with kitchenette, fridge/freezer, 2 burner cook-top, toaster oven, coffee maker, apartment phone plus a cell phone for your use in Panama, and more. Studio has 2 large windows with same beautiful views.

				Low Season Price:	$690 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,650 per Week

The rates for our 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath apartments vary from $1190 to $1650 per week, for up to 6 people. There is a $50 fee per person for the whole week above 6, to a maximum allowed of 10 in the aparment. The studio rates vary frpm $690 to $900 per week for up to 4 people, with a 4 person max in those units. We require 50% down to reserve the unit, with the remainder due 60 days before travel. Payments to directly to the owner in Texas, USA are not subject to Panama's 10% tax. Any payments made in Panama (including credit cards) are subject to Panama's 10% tourism tax. Most payment are non-refundable, unless we are able to rerent the unit easily. Instead we offer a 100% credit of amount paid towards a future booking, provided adequate advance notice was given. No-shows that don't give notice, meaning the apartment stays empty will get no credot or refund.
