From the creators of Morgan's Rock Eco-Lodge and Resort, comes a project that has received international acclaim for its architectural design and green building techniques. Only 20 minutes north of San Juan del Sur, you will find one of Nicaragua's most exclusive and progressive communities. Balcones de Majagual is located in the most lush coastal region in the country, nestled amongst abundant flora and fauna overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The ecological friendly project began in April of 2005 aiming to preserve and blend into its natural surroundings.


This Eco Casa sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds (linens included). There is a fully-equipped kitchen and wireless internet throughout the house. There is a shared pool and great ocean view. It include indoor/ outdoor gardens, which are shielded by a decorative wooden grilles. The Gardens create privacy and keep the house cool. Rental of a 4X4 vehicle is highly recommended.

Nightly Weekly Holiday (week only) 170 1020 1550				Low Season Price:	$1,020 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,150 per Week

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit as well as a rental agreement to reserve the home; the remainder is due at check-in. Payable by cash or credit card. No security deposit is collected; however, we do require a credit card for a 3-day open voucher upon check-in in case of damage to rental property.
