Situated in an oceanfront complex on one of Puerto's few sandy beaches, Casita Del Sol is a 1 bedroom/1 bath that sleeps 4 ( futon in living room) is located in Quinta Del Sol. Quinta del Sol is one of Puerto’s newest and most upscale developments with a huge Mayan God fountain, a gorgeous meandering pool, lounge chairs and direct beach access! The casita is perfect for a couple or for a family with small children. Decorated in cheerful Mexican style, the casita comes fully equipped with a granite counter kitchen that includes a refrigerator/ freezer, electric ceramic cook top stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and blender. There is a pillow top king bed in the bedroom with a built in closet, nightstand and lamp. The bath provides both a tub and shower. All linens, including beach towels, are provided and there is maid service every other day of your stay. A private balcony with outdoor table and chairs affords sunset and canal views for great Happy Hours!. The condo also provides central AC and ceiling fans throughout, Sky satellite TV, a safe, hairdryer, iron, bottled drinking water, an elevator and 24 hour building security in a gated community.
Casita Del Sol also has a fabulous location. Besides having its own sandy beach, you are only a 5 minute beach walk to all the services and attractions Puerto has to offer. No car is needed within Puerto.
We also have an English speaking manager who will greet you and assist you in any way during your stay.
