(bus) just out back of the house(house in big lot).
Small stores and markets 3 min. from house @ Chicxulub fisherman town.
Main Stores, Markets, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Hospitals, Banks, Internet Cafes
and turist information just minures 10 away by bus or car in Progreso.
Merida Capital of Yucatan at 35 minutes from house by bus or car.
Can Cun Resort 5 hrs. from Progreso by Bus or car.
Miami Florida main Airport conections 1 1/2 hr. trip from Merida International
Air Port.
3 bedroom 2 bath, kitchen, dinning and living rooms approx 1,600 square foot house.
One story house tyle floors furnished with basics.
Beach front steps to the ocean.
Large front porche with direct ocean view. Master and front bedrooms with
ocean view. Kitchen equiped with med. size refrigerator, stove with oven,
electric hot plate, microwave oven, blender, toaster & coffe maker available, basic kitchen
utensils and dishes.
Electric fans in main rooms. Large master bedroom with full size bed, 2nd bedroom with tween
bed, can arrange for 2nd. tween bed. Hommock hooks throughout the house for several
hommoks. Basic linnen and towels provided.
Hot and cold water in bathrooms and kitchen (with water heater).
House has telephone for local calling and any incomming phone call.
For long term rentals internet access and satellite TV conection can be arranged by
Lessee. (T.V available). For short term rentals T.V. and DVD player is available upon
request with security deposit.
Pets Ok. (Dog-Cat)

Daily 24hrs.: $80.00
Weekend: $150.00
Weekly(7 days): $250.00
Monthly: $800.00
3 months and up: $650.00 per month.
Fees include utilities.
Easter-Holy Week (High season in Yucatan): $600.00 per week.
July-August (High season in Yucatan): $3,000.00 per month.
Housekeeping available upon request at small fee.
Airport-House Transportatin available at reasonable fee.
