Swim, snorkel or relax on the beach in front of this spacious, one bedroom condo on Half Moon Bay. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, and airy living area, and a large dining area. The bedroom has a king bed and a louvered window which can opened or closed for privacy. The newly renovated bathroom has 2 entrances for added privacy. Swing on the hammock on the balcony or enjoy watching the sun and moon rise over the bay. There are ceiling fans and AC. Maid service is provided daily. There is laundry service on site for a nominal fee.
Akumal is about 60 miles south of the Cancun Airport and a short drive to Tulum. Akumal means "place of the turtle" in Mayan and our beach is a major nesting area on the Mayan Riveria. It is the scuba and snorkeling haven on the Mayan Riveria. The famous YalKu Lagoon is walking distance from the condo. XelHa, Xchret, Playa del Carmen, Cenotes and the Mayan ruins of Tulum and Coba are a short drive. It is the perfect spot to plan your adventures on the Mayan Riveria.
There is a romantic restaurant with room service on site and a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The quaint village of Akumal also has restaurants, markets, shopping, dive shops, a travel service, tennis courts, a health club, spa, Yoga Studio and Eco Center.
There is a beachfron swimming pool and pool shower. Palapas and beach chairs are on our sandy center of the bay beach.
Akumal is the perfect place to relax and do nothing as well.
