Villa Encantada (“Enchanted Home”) boasts an infinity pool, secluded private beach, 5 splendid suites, 2 living rooms, 2 bars, dining for 14, massage room, putting green, half basketball court, state-of-the-art security system, SUV with driver and access to the Villa's private boat in the Huatulco Marina less than 5 minutes away, perfect for fishing and bay excursions. Outdoor living spaces allow guests to take full advantage of the sun, the sea breeze and la vida tranquila de Huatulco (“the tranquil life of Huatulco”).

Low Season Price : $7500
High Season Price : $8500 per Week

A 50% reservation deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Written confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you upon verification of deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the reservation date.

A security deposit of $300 USD will be collected upon arrival and held by the villa’s administrator until a final walk through of the property is completed, at which time the security deposit will be refunded if the property is found to be in satisfactory condition.

Cancellation policy; guests must cancel 6 months or more prior to the reservation date to receive a full refund of the deposit (minus a $200 USD processing fee), guests must cancel 1 month or more prior to the reservation date to receive a 50% refund of the deposit, refunds will not be given if cancelation occurs within 1 month of the reservation date.
