Townhouse Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $5000
High Season Price : $6000 per Week

A 50% reservation deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Written confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you upon verification of deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the reservation date.

A security deposit of $200 USD cash will be collected upon arrival and held by the villa’s administrator until a final walk through of the property is completed, at which time the security deposit will be refunded if the property is found to be in satisfactory condition.

Cancellation policy; notice of cancellation must be given at least 60 days prior to the reservation to receive a full refund of the deposit (minus a $200 USD processing fee), notice of cancellation must be given 30 days or more prior to the reservation date to receive a 50% refund of the deposit, if notice of cancellation is given within less than 30 days of the reservation date the guest will receive not receive a refund of the deposit.
