These are privately owned, well-maintained homes with all the amenities and the most beautiful, private, sand beach in Mexico, yet only minutes from shopping and dinner. The homes are located in Las Conchas, a private, gated community with 24-hour security.

The houses are only three-and-one-half hours from Phoenix or Tucson on the Sea of Cortez. Great for family gatherings.

Rates are determined by the size of home that you rent, there is a 3 day minimum: 2bds/2ba= $175/day,
3bd/3ba=$225/day for the 2 story home, 4 bd/3ba=$325/day and is a one-story 3100 sq ft ranch, there is a one time cleaning fee of $65 per home

House Rental Rates Low Season Price : $875 High Season Price : $1625 per Week

There is a required one day reservation/security deposit required and is he4ld until the property is inspected after the rental is completed. Cancellation of any rental forfeits a minimun of 50% of the deposit. If the cancellation is within 21 days of the reserved date the entire reservation deposit is forfieted. Deposits can be made by check, cash or money order. Final payment is due 15 days prior to rental date and must be a cashier's check, money order or cash.
